Hailey McCalla

About Hailey

I am a fourth-year Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) Business Technology Management student. I am also a part of the Top 200 Ted Rogers Program. I have tapped into numerous ways to make money for school; scholarships, internships, and a business venture. My stock portfolio earnings have helped me get by when I got laid off during COVID-19 and also provides me with a boost during the current recession. I learned 3 main investing oscillators to help inform my stock entry and exit plans. The oscillators I use are CCI, MACD, and RSI. The places I have interned at are TD bank, Sun Life Financial, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Saving 25-50% of my job’s earnings helped me to pay down tuition. Additionally, in November 2020 I launched a venture called ConfidentApplicants Services. In April 2022, I registered it as a corporation. My business offers scholarship assistance to students worldwide looking to fund their Canadian university education. I offer lists of bursaries and scholarships that each student is eligible for and I edit scholarship applications too. Thus far, I have helped some clients win as much as $3000 to fund their education.
