Loans Canada claims finalist award in the Best Personal Loan Search Platform category
Toronto, Ontario, September 25, 2023 – Loans Canada is pleased to announce it ranked as the finalist for the Finder Awards “Personal Loans Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023” under the category “Best Personal Loan Search Platform”.
Finder established Finder Awards to help consumers identify the best brands and products independent of any business contracts. Their goal is to provide unbiased and objective content users can use to make better financial decisions. This year they used feedback from over 1000 customers in an online survey to curate a list of personal loan lenders and search platforms for exceptional customer service.
The Personal Loans Customer Satisfaction Finder Awards recognizes the best personal loan providers in Canada based on customer satisfaction.
Loans Canada received an overall customer satisfaction score of 75.15% and a 4 out of 5 Finder star rating.
Among other awards Finder has given, Loans Canada also ranked in the Top 15 Best-Rated personal loan providers in 2023, beating big banks like CIBC and Scotiabank.
